Sabrina Sabella-Arce

M.S., LMHC (she/her)

I specialize in anxiety, depression, school related issues and peer relationships among teenagers and young adults. I offer an integrative style of cognitive behavioral therapy, existentialism, mindfulness and supportive counseling. I also specialize in and offer family counseling to aid families in developing effective communication strategies and minimize conflict at home.I utilize an approach that provides patients with a warm, comfortable, relaxing and supportive environment. Understanding that therapy is not a one size fits all method, I like to collaborate with patients to find a treatment plan that they feel is most appropriate and effective for their needs.

Joanna Reynolds

M.S., LMHC (she/her)

I am a therapist with over 18 years of experience and there is no problem, issue, or group of people that I haven't worked with in my career. At a Long Island hospital I am in charge of training and supervising new therapists and I have taught in a CUNY graduate school program for mental health counselors. My clients always tell me that I am completely non-judgmental and create a supportive, safe, encouraging environment for them. I am flexible and I am there for you. We will work as a team on your path to healing and we will problem-solve together.

Jenise Lopez

M.S., MHC, Limited Permit (she/her)

I am a compassionate and down-to-earth therapist who values authenticity and open conversation in our work together. My focus includes relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, trauma, and self-esteem. My goal is to provide a safe space for you to speak freely and comfortably, as you process your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I aim to build a supportive and healing connection that you can carry with you into your everyday relationships. I take an integrative, client-centered approach that blends cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, existentialism, and supportive counseling. Through a relational lens, we'll explore the connections between your past and present to deepen your self-understanding and support meaningful, lasting change. Throughout our work, I’ll support you in developing the skills you need to feel more empowered and in charge of your life.

My name is Amir and I am a neurodivergent therapist (ADHD) with a passion for working with populations of all ages in the neurodivergent communities, as well as couples. I enjoy working with clients as they navigate experiences with anxiety, late- or suspected diagnoses, existential questions, relational difficulties, and life transitions, utilizing both cognitive and behavioral approaches to affect change both within and without. I also particularly enjoy utilizing play and drama therapies.

Hallie Kate

M.S., MHC, Intern (she/her)

My aim is to create a safe and supportive environment for us to work together as a team to discuss the difficulties and obstacles, as well as the wins, in your life.  I have experience working with teenagers and adults, and focus primarily on family dynamics, anxiety, depression, communication and coping techniques, childhood and sexual trauma, anger issues, and LGBTQAI+ identity exploration.

Our time together should be about you, and I prioritize letting your needs and goals guide our work together. Once we establish your ambitions for therapy, I use an integrated approach to ensure that we are working towards a more content you – because life can be very challenging, and we are not meant to navigate it all alone.
